Henna design on hand with floral and geometric patterns.

Women at the Resurrection Arabic

See the notes on the African version at www.hennastories.org. However, I created my own Arabic version for use in the Central Asian and Middle East context.

Video - Anna showing how she did it.

Hand drawing with intricate henna-like patterns and doodles. Notations on paper mention "Arabic," "Women at the Resurrection," and Bible verses "MT 28:1-10," "MK 16," "LK 24," "Jn 20:1-20.”

Above is my hand with the henna on it. Below is the henna stain 24 hours later. I only left it on for 3 hours, which is not long enough, but I needed to get some work done. It will continue to darken for another 24 hours.

A hand with faded henna designs, featuring intricate patterns on the fingers and wrist, placed on a gray textured fabric.
